Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, fittings, and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
